Terms of Use

 

１条（適用範囲）/ Article 1 (Scope of Application)

１　ご利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、リュニフォーム株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が運営するwww.luniform.jpウェブサイト（以下「当社ウェブサイト」といいます。）を利用されるお客様、および当社ウェブサイトを利用して商品をご購入されるお客様（以下総称して「お客様」といいます。）について、当社ウェブサイト利用に関するすべての事項に適用されるものとします。当社ウェブサイトをご利用されたお客様は、本規約の内容にご同意いただいたものとみなします。

     These Terms of Use (these 'Terms') shall apply to all matters relating to the use of the www.luniform.jp website (the 'Company Website') operated by L/UNIFORM K.K. (the 'Company') by customers who use the Company Website and customers who purchase products using the Company Website (collectively, 'Customers'). Customers who use the Company Website shall be deemed to have agreed to the content of these Terms.

２　本規約は、お客様に予告なく変更することがあります。ただし、商品のご注文内容の確定後に本規約が変更された場合には、ご注文内容を確定した時点での規約が適用されます。

     These Terms may be varied without peremptory notice to Customers; provided however, that in the event that these Terms are varied following finalization of the content of a product order, the terms at the time that the content of the order was finalized will apply.

 

２条（当社ウェブサイトで販売される商品）/ Article 2 (Products Sold on the Company Website)

１　伝統的なコレクションのさまざまな商品：「カタログ」、一部の商品はモノグラムでパーソナライズできます。

     A range of products the traditional collection: 'The catalogue', some of the products may be personalized with a monogram.

２　当社ウェブサイトで販売されている商品は、フランスまたはその他の国で製造されています。

     Products sold on the Company Website are manufactured in France and other countries.

３　各商品の素性は、個別の商品説明シートに記載されています。

     Each product's features are noted on an individual product description sheet.

４　当社ウェブサイトに掲載されている商品画像については、できるだけ正確性を期していますが、画面設定および写真技法の関係で色目や大きさなどが実際の商品と若干異なる場合もあります。あらかじめご了承ください。

     We do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of product photographs posted on the Company Website, but colors and sizes may deviate slightly from the actual products due to variations in screen settings and photographic techniques. We appreciate your understanding.

５　商品は、1つ1つ手作業で制作され、天然素材を使用しています。そのため、商品には個体差があり、色や形に若干の違いが生じる場合があります。ご了承ください。

     Each and every product is hand-made using natural materials. For this reason, products have individual variations and there may sometimes be slight irregularities in color and shape. We appreciate your understanding.

６　商品の在庫状況は、商品の説明シートに記載または注文時に表示されます。

     Product inventory is noted on the product description sheet and/or when placing the order.

７　商品または素材等の在庫がない場合は、ご注文日から最大15日以内にメールでご連絡し、商品の配送可能時期をお知らせします。お客様は、当該メール受領後、注文を継続するかキャンセルするかを選択できます。この場合、第７条に従いキャンセルがなされた場合、第８条に従い商品の代金が返金されます。

     In the event that a product, material, etc. is not in stock, we will contact you by email within no more than 15 days from the order date to inform you of when your product can be delivered. Following receipt of said email, Customers may choose to continue with their order or to cancel. In such event, where cancellation takes place in accordance with Article 7, the product price will be refunded in accordance with Article 8.

 

３条（価格）/ Article 3 (Prices)

１　商品の販売価格は税込みの総額表示です。円建てで表示されています。当社ウェブサイトで商品をご購入の際には、別途送料が必要となります。

     The sale prices of products are displayed as the total price including tax. They are displayed in Japanese yen. When purchasing products from the Company Website, separate shipping fees will be required.

２　販売価格は随時変更されるものであり、最終的な商品の販売価格は、お客様の注文確定時に表示された価格となります。また、消費税及び地方消費税等について、税率の改定により算定方法に変更が生じた場合は、これに応じて変更し、商品価格に自動的に反映されます。

     Sales prices may change at any time and the final product sales price will be the price displayed at the time that the Customer's order is finalized. Further, in the event of a change in the method of calculation of consumption tax, municipal consumption tax, etc. due to amendment of the tax rate, this change will be automatically reflected in the product price.

３　注文の合計金額は「バスケット」ページに表示され、税込価格及び送料が表示されます。

     The total price of orders will be displayed on the 'basket' page and will display the price including tax and shipping.

 

４条（注文）/ Article 4 (Orders)

１　当社が指定する注文手順に沿って購入手続きをお進め下さい。主な手順は以下の通りです。

     Please proceed with purchase procedures according to the company's designated ordering process. The main procedures are as follows.

（１）商品の選択

            Product selection

—モデル、色の組み合わせ…等を選択

     Selection of model, color combination… etc.

—ボタン：カートに追加

     Button: Add to cart

（２）カートへのアクセス

（３）お客様のアカウントへの接続またはお客様のアカウントの作成

            Connecting to Customer account or creation of Customer account

（４）配送方法の選択（選択が可能な場合）

                 Selection of shipping method (where selection is possible)

（５）お支払い方法の選択

            Selection of payment method

（６）注文の確定

            Finalize order

（７）注文確認メール(eコマースカスタマーサービスの詳細と注文のキャンセル等に関する情報が記載された印刷可能な注文書を含みます。)が届きます。

            Order confirmation email (including a printable order sheet noting information such as e-commerce customer service details, order cancellation information, etc.) will arrive.

（８） 請求書は商品発送時に電子メール送信または商品と同梱されます。お客様アカウントからダウンロードすることも可能です。

            Invoice will be sent by email at the time of sending product or will be packed with the product. It may also be downloaded from the Customer's account.

（９）商品発送時にメールにて発送通知と発送番号が届きます。

A shipping notice and shipping number will arrive by email at the time that product is shipped.

２　当社がお客様に対して、購入の申し込みを承諾する旨の電子メール（前記「注文確認メール」）をお客様宛に発信した時点で、お客様と当社との間に商品に関する売買契約が成立するものとします。

     An agreement for purchase and sale shall arise between the Customer and the Company at the point in time that the Company sends an email to the Customer indicating its acceptance of the offer to purchase (the 'order confirmation email' noted above).

 

５条（支払い）/ Article 5 (Payment)

１　お支払いについては、注文フォームに記載されている説明に従ってください。

     Please follow the explanation noted in the order form regarding payment(s).

２　お支払い方法は、クレジットカード払い（Visa、American Express、MasterCard）、Shop Pay、Apple Pay、Google Payのいずれかから選択できます。

     Customers may select any of credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay as the method of payment.

３　当社は、インターネット取引の安全性を高めるため、お支払い時に利用されるカードの「セキュリティコード」（カード番号とは別にカード券面にある番号）やあらかじめインターネットを利用するためにクレジット会社に登録した「ID」や「パスワード」の入力等、お客様の本人認証をさせていただく場合があります。

     In order to improve the security of internet transactions, the Company may confirm the Customer's identity at the time of payment through the use of the 'security code' (a number other than the card number on the card), input of the ID and password registered with the credit card company in advance for the purpose of use on the internet, etc.

４　クレジットカードやデビットカード等を使用して支払いを行う場合、それらのカード情報（カード番号や有効期限等）は、SSL暗号化プロトコルによって、第三者がアクセスできない状態でShopify payment（当社はShopify Incが提供するeコマースプラットフォームを利用しています。）に転送されます。当社はこれらの情報を利用することはありません。ただし、購入に関連する手続きを完了する場合、またはお取引がキャンセルされた際等に返金手続きが必要となる場合、詐欺等の疑いを所轄庁に届ける場合等はこの限りではありません。

     When paying using a credit card, debit card, etc. that card information (the card number, expiration date, etc.) will be forwarded via SSL encryption protocol, in a form that cannot be accessed by third parties, to Shopify payment (the Company uses the e-commerce platform provided by Shopify Inc). The Company will not use this information; provided however, that this shall not apply when completing procedures relating to purchase, when refund procedures are necessary due to cancellation of transaction, etc. or where reporting suspicion of fraud, etc. to the competent authorities.

５　デビットカード、クレジットカードが日本建てではない場合、最終的な価格は、カード発行者が取引を処理した日に適用される為替レートに従って計算されます。

     In the event that the debit card or credit card is not denominated in Japanese yen, the ultimate price will be calculated by the card issuer using the conversion rate applied on the date that the transaction is processed.

 

６条（配送）/ Article 6 (Delivery)

6.1条（配送先）/ Article 6.1 (Destination)

１　商品は注文時に指定された配送先住所に配送されます。

  The product will be delivered to the destination address designated at the time of ordering.

２　指定された配送先住所が不明または長期不在でお届けできない場合には、当社は責任を負わないものとします。

  The Company shall bear no liability in the event that the designated destination address is unclear or subject to long-term absence.

３　私書箱への配達はできません。

  The Company is unable to deliver to post office boxes.

４　指定された期間内にお受け取りされない商品が当社に返品された場合、当該返品によって発生した費用はお客様の負担となります。

  The Customer shall bear the costs arising in the event that products are returned to the Company due to not having been collected within the designated time period.

6.2条（配送時期）/ Article 6.2 (Delivery Timing)

配送時期は注文プロセスの「バスケット」にて表示されます。配送時期の目安は以下の通りです。

Delivery timing will be displayed in the 'basket' during the order process. Approximate delivery timings are as follows.

（１）在庫があるコレクションの商品はご注文確定後3営業日から8 営業日以内

※商品、運送状況等により配送予定時期が異なる場合があります。

Between three and eight business days following order finalization for products from the Collection which are in stock.

* The expected delivery timing may vary for products depending upon shipping conditions, etc.

（２）原則として、配送業者はヤマト運輸となります。配送に関するお問い合わせは、運送業者にお願いします。

As a general rule, Yamato Transport will be the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier for inquiries relating to shipping.

6.3条（送料等）/ Article 6.3 (Shipping Fees, etc.)

送料は、購入のバスケットを確定するとすぐに自動的に計算され、注文プロセス中に支払われる合計に示されます。

Once the basket of purchases is finalized, shipping fees will be immediately calculated automatically and displayed in the total for payment during the ordering process.

6.4条（配送遅延等）/ Article 6.4 (Shipping Delays, etc.)

１　配送未了または8営業日を超える遅延配送の場合、できる限り迅速に、eコマースカスタマーサービス宛にご連絡をお願いします。

  Please contact e-commerce customer service as promptly as possible the event of non-delivery does not arrive or delayed delivery exceeding eight business days.

２　商品受領後は速やかに状態をご確認いただき、異常（開封されている、商品が破損している等）があれば、それを配達伝票に記し、署名を追加する必要があります。その上で、eコマースカスタマーサービス宛にご連絡をお願いします。

７条（返品等）/ Article 7 (Returns, etc.)

7.1条（モノグラム付き特別注文の商品及びコレクションのモノグラム付き商品）/ Article 7.1 (Special Order Products with a Monogram and Products from the Collection with a Monogram)

上記商品はオーダーメードのため、原則として、注文のキャンセル、返品、交換ができません。あらかじめご了承下さい。

Please understand in advance that, because the above items are order-made, we will be unable to cancel, return or exchange such orders.

7.2条（その他返品不可アイテム）/ Article 7.2 (Other Non-Returnable Items)

「ギフトカード」は返品不可となります。

Giftcards are not returnable.

7.3条（コレクションの商品（モノグラムなし））/ Article 7.3 (Products from the Collection (Without a Monogram))

１　上記商品を当社ウェブサイトで購入した場合には、商品を受け取った日から14日以内に、注文のキャンセルとそれに伴う返品、返金お手続きが可能です。これによるキャンセルを行う場合、以下のテンプレートを使用して、上記の期間内に、電子メールでeコマースカスタマーサービス（boutiquetokyo@luniform.com）宛に送信してください。

     In the event that you purchase the above products from the Company Website, it will be possible to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the product and to take return and refund procedures in accordance with such. In the case of cancellation, please use the following template to send an email to the attention of e-commerce customer service within the above period (boutiquetokyo@luniform.com).

２　eコマースカスタマーサービスによる確認後、返品伝票が電子メールで届きます。こちらを印刷（またはダウンロードして印刷）の上、商品に同梱して下記宛にご返送下さい。なお、返品伝票には、返品承認番号と下記返品宛先が記載されています。

     Following confirmation by e-commerce customer service, a return voucher will arrive by email. Please print it out (or download and print it) and include it with the product when returning to the following address. Further, the return authorization number and the return address are noted on the return voucher.

３　返品可能な商品は未使用で商品タグや付属物付きのものに限ります。

     Returnable products shall be limited to those which are unused with the product tag(s) and accessories included.

４　お客様のご都合による返品に係る往復の送料はお客様負担となります。

     The return shipping costs for returns at the Customer's convenience shall be borne by the Customer.

7.4条（その他）Article 7.4 (Other)

万一、製造上の不良やキズ・汚れがある商品や配送段階で発生した破損等の際には、未使用のまま、商品到着後14日以内にご連絡をお願いします。

In the unlikely event that any products with manufacturing defects, damage, or stains, or there is any damage, etc. which arose during shipping, please do not use the product(s) and contact us within 14 days of arrival of the relevant product(s).

 

8条（返金）/ Article 8 (Refunds)

お客様から、商品が返品され、全ての条件が遵守されている場合、遅くとも返品受領日から14営業日以内に返金手続きを行います。

Where the returned product has been received from the Customer and all conditions have been complied with, we will process refund within 14 business days from the date that your returned product has been received.

 

9条（個人情報の取り扱い）/ Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

お客様の個人情報のお取扱いについては、個人情報保護法その他の関連法規、適用ある関係省庁のガイドラインおよび当社が定めるプライバシーポリシーに従って、適切かつ厳重な安全管理の下でお取扱いをさせていただきます。

We will handle Customers' personal information appropriately and under strict security in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related legislation, applicable Ministry guidelines, and the Privacy Policy of the Company.

 

10条（知的財産権）/ Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

当社ウェブサイト上に記載されている文章・画像など（以下総称して「コンテンツ」といいます。）の権利を含む全ての知的財産権（著作権・商標権・意匠権等）は、当社ウェブサイトに特段の記載がある場合を除き、原則として当社に帰属します。当社ウェブサイト上のコンテンツについては、事前に当社の同意がない限り、著作権法で許諾されているお客様の私的利用を超えて利用することはできません。当社ウェブサイトの全部または一部の複製は正式に禁止されています。

As a general rule, except where noted in particular on the Company Website, all intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, design rights, etc.) including rights in the wordings, images, etc. on the Company Website (the "Content"), shall be owned by the Company. The Content on the Company website may not be use outside of the Customers' personal use permitted under the Copyright Act without the prior approval of the Company. Total or partial reproduction of the site is formally prohibited.

 

11条（禁止事項等）/ Article 11 (Prohibited Matters, etc.)

１　お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。以下に該当する場合、または、該当することが疑われる場合には、当社の判断によりお客様からの申込みをキャンセルする場合があります。また今後のご注文をお断りする場合があります。

     Customer must not engage in the following conduct. In the event that any of the following applies to a Customer or there is a suspicion of such, the Company may cancel offers from such Customer(s) in its own judgment. Further, it may also refuse orders from them in the future.

（１）法令、規則、条例等に違反する行為

            Breach of laws, rules, ordinances, etc.;

（２）当社ウェブサイトの運営、または当社の業務を妨害する行為

Conduct which impedes the operation of the Company Website or the Company's operations;

（３）当社ウェブサイトにおいて他人を誹謗、中傷し、またはその名誉を毀損する行為

            Conduct that slanders or defames the Company Website;

（４）当社ウェブサイト、当社、または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシーその他の権利の侵害を行う行為

            Conduct which infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of the Company Website, the Company, or third parties;

（５）当社ウェブサイトにおいて商品ご購入の際に、虚偽の情報を入力すること、または他人になりすまして商品を購入すること

            Inputting false information or impersonating another when purchasing products on the Company Website;

（６）当社ウェブサイトにおいて営利、転売目的で商品を購入すること

            Purchasing products from the Company Website for the purpose of profit or resale; and/or

（７）その他本規約に違反する行為

            Any other conduct which breaches these Terms.

２　未成年のお客様は、親権者または後見人による明示の同意がない限り、当社ウェブサイトにおいて商品を購入できません。

     Customers who are minors may not purchase product from the Company Website without the express consent of their parent or legal guardian.

３　当社ウェブサイトをご利用のお客様は、日本国内にお住まいの方に限ります。また、商品のお届け先は日本国内のみとします。

     Customers using the Company Website shall be limited to those who reside within Japan. Further, the delivery address for products shall be located only in Japan.

 

12条（免責事項）/ Article 12 (Disclaimers)

１　当社は、価格表示、商品説明、その他サービス内容に関連する当社ウェブサイトに掲載されるコンテンツの情報の正確性、完全性または有用性について保証いたしません。

The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or efficacy of displayed prices, product explanations, or other Content posted on the Company Website relating to services.

２　ご指定の場所に納品に伺ったにも関わらず、宛先不明、長期不在など引き渡しが完了できない状況の場合、当社の判断によりご購入の取り消しを行う場合があります。これを理由として商品の提供ができなくても、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

     In the event that we are unable to complete handover despite having attempted delivery at the designated location for such due to the addressee being unknown, long-term absence, etc. the Company may cancel the purchase in its own judgment. The Company shall bear absolutely no liability if it is unable to provide the products for this reason.

３　未成年者の商品購入の申し込みについては保護者の責任において行動されたものとみなします。

     Offers to purchase by minors shall be deemed to have been made on the responsibility of their guardian(s).

４　当社は、天変地変、不可抗力事由（ウイルス等の感染症・疫病の大流行を含みます。）、その他当社の責に帰さない事由による損害については、一切責任を負わないものとします。

The Company shall bear absolutely no liability for natural disasters, forces majeure (including viral, etc. infection, spread of disease), or other causes not attributable to the Company.

 

13条（準拠法及び裁判管轄）/ Article 13 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)

本規約または当社ウェブサイトを通じたお客様とのお取引は、日本法に準拠するものとし、これらに関する紛争が発生した場合には、東京地方裁判所をもって第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms and any transactions with Customers via the Company Website shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event of a dispute in relation to such, the Tokyo District Court shall be the agreed court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

 

14条（言語）/ Article 14 (Language)

本規約は和文で作成され、英文は参照用とします。両者の意味合いに矛盾、齟齬が生じた場合、和文が優先されるものとします。

These Terms have been drafted in the Japanese language and any English language text has been provided for reference purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Japanese text will prevail for the purposes of interpretation.
